Multi-Purpose Health Workers (MPHWs) are frontline healthcare providers who play a vital role in delivering healthcare services, particularly in underserved or rural communities. MPHWs often provide essential healthcare services such as administering vaccinations, basic first aid, and assisting in minor medical procedures. They educate communities on various health issues, promote healthy habits, and conduct awareness campaigns to prevent diseases.
